Tzatziki – as good as from your favorite Greek Restaurant nearby

This recipe has been optimized for the Thermomix® TM31

Zaziki (Tzatziki) Thermomix-Rezept

Every Greek meal comes with a good portion of Tzatziki! Unfortunately the bought dips don’t taste nearly as good as the original from the Greek next door.

But this recipe comes very close to the original. And the best thing about it: You only need 2–3 minutes to mix it!

How do I prepare the Tzatziki with the Thermomix?

The Thermomix recipe is quickly explained as it only consists of 2 mixing processes.

First you put 2 cloves of garlic, half a peeled cucumber and either 3 teaspoons dill or parsley into the mixing bowl and let everything chop for 10 seconds at speed 5.

Then add 75g cream cheese,  250g low-fat curd cheese,  75g natural yoghurt,  100g sour cream and 1 teaspoon salt and mix for 30 seconds at speed 3.

And that’ s how fast you have a great tzatziki to gyros, pitas, a barbecue or whatever you like!

Enjoy your meal!
