How do I prepare pizza bread rolls with the Thermomix?

Today we make pizza bread rolls that taste just as good as in your favourite pizzeria. The ingredients you need should be available in every well-stocked household. Do you have everything at hand? Then you’re ready to go!

First, add 220g water, ½ yeast cube (21g) and 1 teaspoon sugar to your Thermomix and heat the ingredients for 3 minutes at 37°C on speed 2.

Then add 400g flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil and let the dough knead for 5 minutes in dough mode. If the dough is still a bit sticky, add a little flour and knead for another 30 seconds.

Tip: If you like it more spicy, you can also add 1 teaspoon pizza spice before kneading the dough! This offers a little more variety.

Now take the dough out of the Thermomix, dust it with some flour and form it into a ball. Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Then preheat the oven to 240°C.

Finally, divide the dough into 3-4 rolls and cut small pieces off which you then shape into little bread rolls. Now all you have to do is place the rolls on your baking tray and let them bake for about 15 minutes!

Keep an eye on the bread rolls from time to time and make sure they don’t get too dark.

We prefer to eat the pizza rolls with our fast herb butter. But they are also a great accompaniment to salads.
