Mustard Sauce – to Fish, Meat and Potatoes
This recipe has been optimized for the Thermomix® TM31
Today I have an alternative to the classic fish sauces, such as a dill sauce, for you. This mustard sauce is quickly made and has an intense mustard taste.
Those who like mustard will surely love this sauce. Of course you can also vary the percentage of mustard because tastes are different. I used a medium-strength mustard because I don’t like the mustard sauce that hot.
The mustard sauce goes well with many dishes – especially well with fish, meat or potatoes.
How do I prepare the mustard sauce with the Thermomix?
The preparation is as simple and fast as it can be. Simply add all ingredients (120g cream cheese, 300g water, 2 tsp. vegetable stock powder, 20g flour, 4 tbsp mustard, 1 pinch nutmeg, 1 pinch pepper and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley) to the Thermomix and heat for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
To arrange the mustard sauce I like to use a double insulated sauce boat which keeps the sauce warm for a long time.
Tip: If you are looking for a quick sauce that goes particularly well with poultry and rice, then I can only recommend my quick curry sauce.

Hinweis: Die im Rezept angegebene Backzeit kann aufgrund von Temperaturungenauigkeiten bei den verschiedensten Backofenmodellen von der Backzeit, die du benötigst, etwas abweichen. Behalte das Gericht im Backofen – zumindest beim ersten Versuch – deshalb immer im Auge.
Alle Zeitangaben beziehen sich auf die Standardmengen an Zutaten. Wenn du kleinere oder größere Portionen zubereiten willst, kann es vorkommen, dass du die Zubereitungszeit dementsprechend anpassen musst.
