Herb Butter – a fast and tasty way to make it
This recipe has been optimized for the Thermomix® TM31
How do I prepare the herb butter with the Thermomix®?
You are spontaneously invited to a barbecue party and want to quickly make a delicious herb butter to baguette and steak? Then I have a super light and fast recipe for you.
Chop 1 clove of garlic and a handful of parsley at speed 8 for about 6 to 10 seconds.
Add 250g butter, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix for 30 seconds at speed 5.
That’ s how quickly your herb butter is ready to serve.
Depending on your taste you can vary with the garlic and parsley. Those who like an intense garlic taste should take a big clove and a handful of parsley.
Those who don’t like it that much should take a small clove of garlic and take a little more parsley instead.
Tip: We also like to eat the herb butter with our easy to make pizza bread rolls.
