Liqueurs are always great gifts. This egg liqueur has already convinced my whole family. You just can’t get enough of it. And bottled in great bottles* with a swing stopper, it is simply worth a glass on any table.

The great thing about this liqueur is that you don’t have any leftovers like egg whites or too much cream, because everything is used. This is particularly important to me because far too much food is thrown away these days.

How do I prepare the egg liqueur in the Thermomix?

For my egg liqueur you only need one mixing process.

You simply add 4 eggs, 200g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 200g cream, 100g milk and either 200g vodka or corn schnapps to the Thermomix and let it mix for 8 minutes at 80°C on speed 4.

While the egg liqueur is mixing, you can rinse the bottles hot. As soon as the Thermomix is ready, pour the egg liqueur immediately into the bottles, seal them and put them directly into the fridge. This will preserve it for a long time, as long as it has not been drunk empty before.
